Time starts from when we arrive at your location.

After-hours costs are incurred between 6 PM and 8 AM Monday through Friday, all day Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.

On board OXYGEN and monitoring is available, if needed.

Please note that our rates are no longer calculated on a per-minute basis; instead, total pricing may vary based on travel distance, specific logistics, and any necessary waiting times during appointments. • Standard Vet Visit - Non-Emergency - 48 Hours Notice

• Emergency transfer from your home to your vet.

• Emergency transfer from your vet to a vet hospital.

• Traffic accident response - Animal injured

• Traffic accident response - Animal transport only

• Boarding kennel transfers

• Airport transfers - pick-up or drop-off

Coordinated rescue service with shelters and homes

This service is only available to registered organisations that require our assistance in transporting rescued or neglegted pets to their shelters. We do not charge them for this service, because we would rather see what money they have put towards the treatment & feeding of the animals in their care.
