Time starts from when we arrive at your location.

After-hours costs are incurred between 6 PM and 8 AM Monday through Friday, all day Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.

On board OXYGEN and monitoring is available, if needed.

Standard Vet Visit - Non-Emergency - 48 Hours Notice

This fee includes the first hour or part thereof, starting at $100.00.

After this, you will be charged $1.00 per minute.

AFTER HOURS - $150.00 for the first hour or part thereof.

After this, it is $1.50 per minute.

Emergency transfer from your home to your vet.

This fee includes the first hour or part thereof, starting at $300.00.

After this, you will be charged $1.50 per minute.

AFTER HOURS - $400.00 for the first hour or part thereof.

After this, it is $2.00 per minute.

On board, OXYGEN and MONITORING equipment is available.

Emergency transfer from your vet to a vet hospital.

This fee includes the first hour or part thereof, starting at $400.00.

After this, you will be charged $1.50 per minute.

AFTER HOURS - $600.00 for the first hour or part thereof.

After this, it is $2.00 per minute.

On board, OXYGEN and MONITORING equipment is available.

Traffic accident response - Animal injured

This fee includes the first hour or part thereof, starting at $350.00.

After this, you will be charged $1.50 per minute.

AFTER HOURS - $450.00 for the first hour or part thereof.

After this, it is $2.00 per minute.

On board, OXYGEN and MONITORING equipment is available.

Boarding kennel transfers

This fee includes the first hour or part thereof, starting at $110.00.

After this, you will be charged $1.00 per minute.

AFTER HOURS: $150.00 for the first hour or part thereof.

After this, it is $1.50 per minute.

Traffic accident response - Animal transport only

This fee includes the first hour or part thereof, starting at $200.00.

After this, you will be charged $1.00 per minute.

AFTER HOURS - $250.00 for the first hour or part thereof.

After this, it is $1.50 per minute.

Airport transfers - pick-up or drop-off

This fee includes the first hour or part thereof, starting at $120.00.

After this, you will be charged $1.00 per minute.

AFTER HOURS - $160.00 for the first hour or part thereof.

After this, it is $1.50 per minute.

Coordinated rescue service with shelters and homes

This service is only available to registered organisations that require our assistance in transporting rescued or neglegted pets to their shelters. We do not charge them for this service, because we would rather see what money they have put towards the treatment & feeding of the animals in their care.
